You/we will be utilizing the website scheduling tool again this season to schedule ice credits/concession hours and volunteer hours.  The on-line system ensures all shifts are covered for each event, attendance is monitored and promptly credited, no-shows are properly managed, and successful completion of your obligation is actively encouraged.

The bulk of volunteer hours will be available during tryouts and during the Thanksgiving Tournament.  There will be some additional volunteer hours available later but we suggest you take advantage of the opportunities early in the season. 

Volunteer opportunities are available on a first come/first serve basis.  Once you have registered and are in the system, you can sign up for your shifts at any time.  Follow the steps to create a volunteer profile and select opens shifts.  NOTE: the password is case-sensitive (e.g., ‘BanTAm’ is treated differently than ‘bantam’) and your username (e-mail address) is all lowercase.  Please make note of your password for future reference.

CONCESSION STAND HOURS

Certain concession hours have been designated to offset the volunteer requirement. See details below.  Open times will be posted by the 1st of the month prior.  Please make sure when signing up for concession shifts that you are signing up for the correct one -- when signing up for a concession shift please review the right side of the screen for either "volunteer" or "ice credits."  We will not be transferring any of these hours!!

Concession Hours During October and THANKSGIVING TOURNAMENT in Nov have been designated by the Board to offset volunteer hours. Any hours worked during this time frame will be offset against your volunteer deposit.

Concession Hours Nov-Dec (excluding Thanksgiving Tournament Weekend hours) will work the same as last year. You will have from the 1st - 15th of the prior month to schedule 2 shifts. This gives anyone wanting to work back their $60 concession fee the opportunity to schedule a shift. After the 15th, any remaining shifts will be available on a first come first serve basis for credits to your account @ $10.00/hour

Concession Hours Jan-Mar -- Hours will be posted the 1st through the 15th of the prior month. Determination will be made in December if any of these hours will be available to offset volunteer requirement; otherwise will be for ice credits @ $10.00/hour.
